Design and make a 3D mold, and produce a fibre mold part in it.

A layered slice design was generated on 123dmake and cut using the LazerCutter
Cut and Glued
Materials - we used a BiResin product - CR80 (mix ratio 100:30) and chopped strand Glass fibre
Layered up on a flat surface, with a peelply layer
Draped over the mold.
It droops into the opening to create the rounded storage surfaces. Vacuume bagging would have been ideal here but unfortunately not available.
